Speaker and Consultant in Corporate Development with a focus on Experience Training and People Management.
Graduated in Social Communication, I started my experiences in the Radio and Television studios at Universidade Metodista de SP and at the Department of Arts of Rede Cultura de Televisão.
After graduating, I entered the world of Events and Entertainment, working in ecotourism, recreation, ships, incentive, themed and corporate travel companies. I fell in love with corporate training and development of people and teams.
Taught Courses and Lectures for training people.
As a Social Educator, I worked in the creation, development, coordination and teaching of the Social Educational Project for Training, Training and Qualification in Recreation, Leisure, Events and Tourism for Young People.
Certified in Professional and Leader Coach by SLAC and
International DISC® Analyst by ATools®.
I serve people and leaders in Coaching and Mentoring Processes, I have 26 years of experience as a Coordinator, Multiplier and Team Facilitator in Corporate Training.
I was a volunteer at the Songs of Love Foundation and currently I am a volunteer at the GRAACC's Toy Library.
